In Store

We offer a lifetime warranty on most all of our products. You may return most items within 30 days with the original packaging and proof of purchase. We happily will do exchanges if you have gotten the wrong length or type of cable as well.

Returns

Returns must be received by Connect-IT, Inc within 30 days of Invoice date. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 5 days from the receipt date to receive a RMA Number. Returns must be accompanied by an RMA Number and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for unnecessary returns. Connect-IT, Inc does not issue credit. Connect-IT, Inc can credit original shipping costs only in the event of an internal error. Connect-IT, Inc cannot credit return shipping. Acceptance of returns is based on the discretion of Connect-IT, Inc.

Our minimum order is $10.

Package Tracking

You can check the status of your UPS package via www.ups.com. We do not offer FedEx or US Mail.

Payment Methods

Connect-IT, Inc normally accepts all major credit cards and COD payment. Payment is due in full as stated on the invoice. Prices may change without prior notification.

Returned Checks

If the buyer's check is returned to Connect-IT, Inc., because of insufficient funds, payment has been stopped or for any other reason a charge of $25.00 will be applied for the handling and processing of that check.
